IPL 2021 Most Sixes: KL Rahul leads the chart, RR’s Jos Buttler jumps to 4th spot

IPL 2021 Most Sixes – Top 10 Six Hitters: The race of hitting most sixes in IPL 2021 is getting very exciting with every match. Punjab Kings skipper KL Rahul overtook Sunrisers Hyderabad opener, Jonny Bairstow, to become the batsman with the highest number of sixes in IPL 2021. Jos Buttler on Sunday slammed his first T20 century while playing against Sunrisers Hyderabad at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi. He completed the milestone in 56 balls. In his innings, he struck 11 fours and 8 sixes. After this knock, he is in the fourth spot on the list.

After hitting two sixes in the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday, Sanju Samson has entered the list of the top 10 six hitters of IPL 2021. Samson is playing beautifully and will look to lead his side from the front.

1. KL Rahul (7 matches – 16 sixes): PBKS batter and skipper KL Rahul continues his IPL 2020 form in IPL 2021. He is the highest run-scorer this year with 331 runs at a strike rate of 136.21 which includes four fifties.

2. Jonny Bairstow (7 matches – 15 sixes):  The English batter has been in red-hot form this season. In five matches he has scored 248 runs at a strike rate of 141.71 and is amongst the highest run-getters in IPL 2021.

3. Ambati Rayudu (7 matches – 13 sixes): Chennai Super Kings’ Ambati Rayudu hasn’t been in his best form but brought his A-game against MI on Saturday, hitting 7 sixes to enter the Top 3 with 13 sixes in total.

4. Jos Buttler (7 matches – 13 sixes ) – After hitting the highest score in IPL 2021, Rajasthan Royals opening batsman entered the list with a bang. He has hit 13 sixes in seven games.

5. Andre Russell (7 Matches – 13 Sixes) – KKR is struggling big time in IPL 2021 with 5 defeats from 7 matches – but one KKR player is hitting big. Russell now is in third place in the Most Sixes table with 13 sixes in IPL this year.

6. Faf du Plessis (7 matches – 13 sixes) – Chennai Super Kings opener find himself on the list. Faf du Plessis, who is also among the highest run-scorer of the season has hit as many as 13 sixes in IPL 2021. He has smashed 13 sixes in seven games with a strike rate of 141.50.

7. Kieron Pollard (7 matches in 13 sixes): Mumbai Indians’ Kieron Pollard also struggled to score runs on slow Indian pitches but unleashed his full power at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in Delhi on Saturday, hitting 8 sixes to steer his side to 4-wicket win against CSK.

8. Moeen Ali (6 Matches – 12 Sixes) –  Chennai Super Kings allrounder Moeen Ali has smashed 5 sixes and 3 fours against Mumbai Indians to enter the top four of the highest sixes list. The left-handed batsman ensured he provides a cracking start to CSK after an early scare. The English all-rounder is playing with a strike rate of 154.68.

9. Prithvi Shaw(7 Matches – 12 sixes): DC opening batsman Prithvi Shaw is in blistering form in IPL 2021. He has smashed 12 sixes and 308 runs.

10. Rohit Sharma (7 Matches -11 sixes): Rohit Sharma is in top-notch form this year the batsman has hit 11 sixes in IPL 2021 so far and has scored 250 runs.
