I remember having a similar (slightly different body shape but same features) 4 in 1 emergency flashlight as a kid in the 90s, I ordered one on eBay for the nostalgia as I no longer have my original.
There's something I really like about the 4 in 1 design, I think it's the 3rd one of these I get in my life.
The 4 modes are:
-Top orange wand light
-Regular flashlight by removing orange cone
-Flashing orange warning light
-Soft white light bar
Maybe I'll upgrade it to LED bulbs.

I remember as a kid when you went to get gas you got these stamps you could save up for stuff like that
