Holy fk i can’t even begin to describe how intense my sleep paralysis sessions I was having right now back to back
The feeling of getting trapped not being able to move x1000 that u felt like u were dying
This sht is so painful in a weird way in ur mind it is hard to describe
I kept getting back to back sessions meaning I couldn’t break out of it and finally did the pressure I was battling that making me collapse into paralysis was so fkin insane and strong I can’t even begin to describe or explain it
The weird thing is when it ends it feels like it never even happened
Would do anything to get rid of this feeling but idt there is anything I can do fml
If it makes any diff I was sleeping on my back but it happens in the side as well and im sleeping at my friends
Posting this as a log as I know I won’t remember this in the morning

Had it while I was studying years ago quite consistently
-correcting erratic sleep patterns is a big way to help; also reducing stress in your life (easier said than done!)I identify as a chad with a jawline so chiseled it can cut diamond, don't assume my genetics
