Tata mutual fund is a part of Tata Group. It remains India’s largest and most respected industrial group. The MF house offers a range of investment solutions for financial planning and wealth creation. Now, the MF plans to launch Tata Dividend Yield Fund.

The MF may conduct a subscription process from May 03, 2021, to May 17, 2021. It is an open-ended equity scheme predominantly investing in dividend-yielding stocks. During the NFO period, the offer face value fixed at Rs. 10 for each.

Further, the NFO may suitable for investors who seek long-term capital appreciation. Moreover, investors should consider that their investment principal will be at very high risk.

Also, the scheme available in regular and direct plans along with growth and IDCW options.

Investment Objective:

The investment objective is to provide capital appreciation and/or dividend distribution by investing predominantly in a well-diversified portfolio of equity and equity-related instruments of dividend-yielding companies

Minimum Investment:

During the NFO period, the minimum application amount should at Rs. 5,000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter. Further, the minimum additional amount fixed at Rs. 1,000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter.

Moreover, the minimum redemption amount will be Rs. 500 or 50 units.

However, the scheme does not offer any load structure charges.
