        Present as the spread of corona is high, we must have sufficient Haemoglobin to increase the oxygen flow in the blood. If the Haemoglobin percentage is low, intake of foods which promote synthesis of Haemoglobin is to be taken. Foods which are rich in iron also promote hemoglobin synthesis. The foods like citrus, Guava,  water melon coconut water, capsicum, tomato, kiwi etc are to be taken every day to absorb vitamin c which in turn helps in absorbing iron. To absorb Folic Acid foods like green leafy vegetables, peanuts, sprouts, Liver, banana has to be taken. To absorb iron, foods like dry fruits, dates, cereals, beans etc are to be taken.  Pumpkin seeds also play an important role in increasing the Haemoglobin percentage.
