Congress has slammed the Centre over 'insufficiency of vaccines'. Former Union Minister P Chidambaram tweeted and demanded the resignation of the minister who said there is no shortage of vaccines. In the tweet, he mentioned that the rollout of vaccination to 18-44 years ol announced by the Union Health Minister is a non-starter. He further added that all but six states have refused to roll out the programme citing insufficiency of Covid vaccines. P Chidambaram has spoken about the six states that have refused to roll the programme. He has taken a jibe at the centre, stating the minister who declared that there is no shortage of vaccines should admit his failure and resign. More details are brought in by Prashant.
