Problem is I think I have a digestion issue, for example I'd eat extra 100g+ of carbs and feel like chit the next day but If I happen to add extra 100g+ of sugary carbs next day I feel more rested and increased energy..
IDK how much daily sugar would be considered VERY detrimental if rest of the diet is healthy+exercise etc. or if most people who exercise can manage 100-200g of sugar daily without much consequence.
What would be a decent carb supplement to test this? malto and dextrose are almost like plain sugar rite? considering Karbolyn, HBCD etc but it could get expensive at 100g+ carbs... not sure what would be the best route to minimize insulin spike

Fuk the carbs. 10 grams of BCAAs PWO is the answer. Give it a shot, carbs prior never worked for me, and they always hindered my workouts
