Courts to continue virtual trial until June 30: Telangana HC

Hyderabad: A full bench of the Telangana High Court, consisting of Chief Justice Hima Kohli, Judge MS Ramchandra Rao and Judge A Rajashekar Reddy, on Friday ordered virtual proceedings to continue in all courts in the state until June 30. the distribution of the COVID-19 virus and the pandemic in the state. The full bench gave its instruction in a suo motu written petition based on a letter written by the president of the Telangana Bar Council. The full bench has also ordered the extension of interim orders that exist in all state court cases in the state until June 30 today.

A panel of two judges of the High Court in Telangana, consisting of Chief Justice Hima Kohli and Judge B Vijaysen Reddy, ordered the state government to extend the night clock by another week. The panel adjourned this case earlier from Thursday to Friday to hear the government’s ruling on evening clock. The government has expressed dissatisfaction with the government for not deciding on further action in the state to control the pandemic. “Since yesterday, we have asked for your further decision, because we know very well that the government order would expire today. You have not made a decision so far “, the panel said.

At the request of the Advocate General, the panel gave the government a 45-minute deadline to respond. At lunch, the attorney general laid the decision on extending night time before the court.
