Telangana HC wants to know the government’s plan for night time after Friday

Hyderabad: Telangana High Court wants to know the state government’s further plan to cage COVID-19 increase in the state after the deadline for night clock ends on April 30th.

The Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice Hima Kohli has expressed its displeasure over the ambiguity of the state government’s plans to continue with the night clock after April 30 or not.

The HC said the deadline for night clock on April 30 will expire. But the increase in COVID-19 business continues in the state. In such a case what the state government plans to do as soon as the night clock ends Friday, the Supreme Court asks the Advocate General.

The Supreme Court expressed its indignation at the habit of the state government to make the important decisions at eleven o’clock.

The Supreme Court also blamed the state government for its dilatant policy COVID-19 controls. What the state government will lose if it raises its position at least one day ahead of time.

However, the Supreme Court has stated that it does not offer any proposals to the state government to control COVID-19 incidents. It is up to the state government to take proper steps in line with the serious situation prevailing in the state.

Advocate General BS Prasad assured the bank that he would speak to the state government and inform the court of his decision.
