Veteran actor Randhir Kapoor, who is currently admitted to Mumbai's Kokilaben Ambani Hospital after getting diagnosed with COVID 19 positive, in a recent chat with E-times confirmed that he is shifting out of his ancestral Chembur home soon. In fact, he has even bought a place in Bandra which is near Mount Mary's Church to be closer to his wife Babita and daughters Karisma and Kareena's residences. The 74-year-old actor said, 'Rajiv largely stayed with me, he had a house in Pune but he was mostly in Mumbai, but after he passed away, I felt lonely and wanted to shift closer to the family'. Randhir further added, 'My parents had told me that I can stay in this (Chembur) home for as long as I want, but the day I decide to sell it, I will have to share the sale proceeds with my siblings Rishi, Rajiv, Ritu, and Rima. That's fine as I have done well for myself in my career and also invested well'. Kapoor, who is the eldest son of actor and filmmaker Raj Kapoor, lost his younger siblings Ritu Nanda, Rishi Kapoor, and Rajiv Kapoor, within a span of one year. Meanwhile, the actor was recently in the news when the Bombay High Court sought an undertaking from him and his sister Rima Jain that they would take reasonable measures to locate and submit the divorce decree of their late brother Rajiv Kapoor who had passed away earlier this year. Post which, Randhir in his statement said, 'My brother Rajiv was divorced. I have got to get the probate made. For that, I need his divorce papers. He used to stay in Pune and here. I can't find it and I am tracing it. I have put a tracer on it and people are working on it. I don't know where he has kept it'.
