Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. December 03, 2020 and has appointed Mr. Suresh Kannan, Resolution Professional as Liquidator.

Trading in the securities of the Company has been already suspended w.e.f. October 21, 2019 due to non-compliance with Regulation 17(1) and/or 18(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters, i.e. March 2019 and June 2019. It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
