My form on bench is pretty good. My elbows are down, I have an arch in my back, and all of that. But when I try to squeeze my shoulder blades together, I get a stretch and sometimes stinging pain in my pec near the armpit on my first few reps. Not sure what to do. It feels like I'm about to strain it or worse. any tips?
