Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. April 08, 2021 and has appointed Mr. Alok Kailash Saksena, as Liquidator.

Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Unity Infraprojects Ltd (Scrip Code: 532746) will be suspended w.e.f. Monday, May 10, 2021.
