Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has made a big announcement to overcome the shortage of medical oxygen amid the fast-growing infection of Corona. CM Gehlot has announced a special package for medical oxygen manufacturing industries in the state to overcome the shortage of medical oxygen. Along with this, he announced that under this, various benefits and facilities will be provided to enterprises making medical oxygen by making new investments.
He said that under this, the entrepreneurs receiving benefits will be required to start production by 30 September 2021 by investing at least 1 crore rupees. According to the provisions of the Rajasthan MSME Act-2019, these entrepreneurs will be given exemption from the regulatory approvals and inspections of the respective departments of the state government in the first three years of the establishment of the enterprise under the package.
At the same time, the state government will give special support for getting necessary approvals from the concerned departments of the central government, for making available arrangements for electricity and water connections soon.
Ashok Gehlot said that under the package, up to 25 percent of the expenditure on plant, machinery, and other equipment (maximum Rs 50 lakh) will be given in two installments as a capital grant. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has directed the Department of Industries to implement this package.
