SEBI has issued circular bearing reference no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP/P/CIR/2021/559 dated April 29, 2021, on the subject “Relaxation in timelines for compliance with regulatory requirements”. The copy of the said SEBI circular is enclosed as Annexure A for your reference.

Further, NISM certifications which are expiring during the period, March 15, 2020 to June 30, 2021 have been extended till July 01, 2021.
