In a statement, the Delhi government said that along with senior officials, Kejriwal prepared a plan to vaccinate all above 18 years in the next three months. To meet the urgent requirement of oxygen in various parts of the country, DRDO is arranging big-size oxygen cylinders for fulfilling requirements of different hospitals. Yesterday, DRDO handed over 75 such cylinders to the Delhi Govt. These cylinders are of 80 litres water capacity each & can be pressurised up to 130 bar. Each of them can store 10,000 litres of oxygen. 40 cylinders are being handed over to Cab Sec Officials for Sardar Patel Covid Care Centre at Chatrapur in Delhi.

Delhi: 5 arrested for making fake Covid-19 reports using forged means. Two of the accused are lab technicians while a third is a doctor & application scientist at a testing lab. They used to collect samples, test at a lab without an entry & print report on fake letterhead of lab.

Only Delhi not getting oxygen as needed: AAP
Aam Aadmi Party’s Raghav Chadha alleged on Thursday that Delhi was the only state to which the Centre hadn’t allocated oxygen as per its demand. Urging the Centre to make the allocation, the AAP national spokesperson said, “The demand of oxygen put forward by each state was catered to and, in fact, more oxygen was allocated in some cases. The only exception to this is Delhi, which did not get even 50% of what it demanded.”

Police have set up a dedicated lane on the left side of roads at checkposts to facilitate the movement of emergency vehicles. The move comes due to the increasing movement of ambulances and other emergency vehicles, including oxygen tankers, amid spiralling Covid-19 cases in Delhi.
