Infinte Synapse: The Queens College Student Choreography Showcase

The Showcase is produced by the Queens College Department of Drama, Theatre and Dance and is an opportunity for student choreographers, dancers, costume designers and composers to collaborate on creating and performing original works, that incorporate a variety of dance techniques from contemporary to West African and traditional Irish dance. The works take a journey through personal transformations, mindfulness and cosmic refractions. Join us for a virtual event featuring live and pre-recorded performances celebrating excellence at Queens College!

Also featured are the dance videos Tranglam by Isobel Seabrook (Macaulay Thesis project), and Wo/我 by Jiemin Yang (CUNY Dance Initiative Artist in Residence, Queens College Dance Alumni).

Infinite Synapse is a virtual event featuring both live streamed performances and pre-recorded video on Thursday 5/6 @ 7pm, Friday 5/7 @ 7pm, Saturday 5/8 @ 7 pm & Sunday 5/9 @ 5pm.
