Fairly new to the gym. I used to go on and off for the past few years but never took it seriously but I am trying to change that.
Recently I've dropped to about 154lbs, at 5"10.4 (lost about 30lbs), and I've been told I'm 17.5 percent body fat (fairly recent pictures of my physique on my profile.)
My question is whether I should bulk or cut? I don't want to increase my body fat anymore as it's already fairly high which is the risk when bulking. But on the flip side, if I keep trying to lose weight and "cut" there is not really much muscle I'm cutting into if that makes sense?
