Based in Sydney, Cyrus will lead the Asia-Pacific Corporate Development team in driving the company's growth strategy to expand Equinix's footprint in existing and new markets across the region
Equinix, the global digital infrastructure company, announced the appointment of Cyrus Adaggra as its Vice President of Corporate Development, Equinix Asia-Pacific, with immediate effect.
Equinix also recently made announcements about expanding its footprint in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore, as well as its intended acquisition in India and hyper-scale business expansion in the region.
Based in Sydney, Cyrus will lead the Asia-Pacific Corporate Development team in driving the company's growth strategy to expand Equinix's footprint in existing and new markets across the region.

With more than 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financial strategy and corporate development, Cyrus was most recently with Telstra Ltd, where over the last 10 years he led several M&A projects as well as large and complex cross-enterprise strategic initiatives. Before that, he worked in the M&A practice of Ernst & Young and acted as transaction advisor to large multinational corporations, private equity firms and private businesses.
Cyrus' professional capability includes leading numerous strategic acquisitions and data centre transactions to maximize return on investment and organizational growth. His professional experience across Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan and Singapore underlies his vast regional experience in driving company growth through acquisitions and greenfield development.

Cyrus holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Macquarie University, Australia, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
