It’s acidic and actually depletes calcium from your bones. This was the big “health” push they used for years. Stronger bones! Countries that consume a lot of milk actually have more issues with bone health.
Causes a lot of digestive issues for many people.
There’s a lot of worse stuff out there. I don’t think it should be banned or anything. If you enjoy it great, but it doesn’t have the health benefits people think.
