CRISIL Ratings has, after due consideration, reassigned its CCR AAA/Stable rating to
India Grid Trust.
“This rating indicates the Highest degree of strength with regard to honoring debt obligations. The rating will be valid for one year from the date of this letter, unless it is withdrawn by CRISIL Ratings at your request or as per the terms of Rating Agreement,” company shared CRISIL’s rating rationale in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
“As per our Rating Agreement, CRISIL Ratings would disseminate the rating through its publications and other media, and keep the rating under surveillance for a period of one year. CRISIL Ratings reserves the right to withdraw, or revise the rating at any time, on the basis of new information, or unavailability of information, or other circumstances which CRISIL Ratings believes may have an impact on the rating.
At around 10.50 am, India Grid Trust was trading at Rs125.95 per piece up by Rs0.15 or 0.12% from its previous closing of Rs125.80 per piece on the BSE.
