Hands are hurting really bad
Not sure if it’s the iPhone 12 mini. That phone is still to big for me may switch back to se
Thumbs and fingers hurting typing. Not sure if it’s the screen protector I installed a new glass one yesterday.
That wouldn’t make sense
There’s a lump on my wrist in the middle that if I bend it back and forward hurts a lot. It’s a cyst I believe
Not sure if it’s arthritis. It’s painful to type on iPhone and very annoying
Seems to be getting worse. Use my phone in bed but always did that

Could try using the phone less or in a different position. Stretch your wrist and fingers out, rotate in circles, shake them a bit/ That's helped me times I've had some tension*. If it's getting worse and there's a cyst might be time to see a doc, unless misc docs have better advice.
