In the wake of news of irregularities in the Sangam Dairy by its Chairman Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar and his associates, the Andhra Pradesh government has handed over its ownership to Guntur District Dairy Co-op, reports Hans India.
Tenali sub-collector Mayur Ashok who reached Sangam dairy, would look after its daily operations.
It bears recall that former TDP MLA and chairman of Sangam Dairy Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar was arrested last week by an ACB team. Narendra is accused of various financial and administrative irregularities in the Sangam Dairy.
