Australia consults on 850/900 MHz draft legislative instruments

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has launched public consultations on draft legislative instruments for the country's upcoming 850/900 MHz band auction. These instruments define what is being sold at auction, how the auction will be conducted and the technical requirements for the operation of devices under the 850/900 MHz band spectrum licences.
