Hillwood Acquisitions and Joint Ventures Teams Grow with the Advancements of Emily LaGrone and Jordan McFarland
DALLAS, April 27, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Hillwood has promoted Emily LaGrone to Senior Associate reporting to Executive Vice Presidents Tom Fishman and Chris Brown. In her new role, Emily will focus on sourcing industrial investment opportunities across the western third of the United States. Her markets stretch from Washington through California including Utah and Arizona and as far east as Colorado. Hillwood's investment capabilities include the acquisition of value add industrial real estate and providing capital for joint venture development.

With Emily's promotion, Jordan McFarland has joined the team. Jordan will assist the team through critical financial analysis of acquisitions and joint venture opportunities as well as work side by side with Tom on dispositions. Jordan transitioned from Hillwood's investment team which he was a part for the past three years.
