Hyderabad: Union Home Secretary G. Kishan Reddy said the COVID-19 the situation in Telangana has become worrying with a disturbing increase in cases and deaths. In the current scenario, the Telangana government can make a decision and has full authority to impose a lock in the state, he said.
While releasing the party manifesto for the municipal elections in Warangal, the prime minister accused the state government of disclosing the facts related to covid-19 and that fewer numbers of cases and deaths are presented in the release of the health bulletin.
He expressed the state government by saying that it provided work to every single member of a particular family, but forgot the persons and students who made sacrifices and participated in the movement for separate Telangana.
He said there had been no development in the state of Telangana in the past seven years and that the prime minister’s family had become rich at the same time. He accused the TRS government of completely ignoring the Warangal Municipal Corporation, saying no funds had been distributed to the victims affected by the cyclone. Textiles Park was ignored after stone foundation was laid, he added.
He further claims that the central government allocates significant funds to the state government for its development activities, but that the TRS government is abusing it.
