Gland Pharma Ltd. is a comprehensively injectable-focused company, with a wide generics portfolio comprising of -

1. own/contract development,
2. technology transfer,
3. an established manufacturing value chain, and

The company recently announced an agreement with the Russian Direct Investment Fund to supply 252 million doses (five doses/vials) of the Sputnik V vaccine.

Post the technology transfer, it would commence the production from Q3 FY22.

The agreement is for a fixed price with a committed offtake. Thus, the manufacturing scale-up is the key factor in this opportunity.
