i'm sure you've seen this remixed on youtube many times. i see all kinds of kids at the gym wearing a hoodie, a tshirt, and then a tank and they take it off piece by piece as if they're going to magically grow huge by doing so...
why not just warm up on the treadmill, and wear a tanktop only?

It keeps you warm when you are training.
It's easy to get cool when you are covered in sweat and there are fans or A/C units.

Treadmills are ghey, wearing a t shirt or hoodie until you're properly warm is beneficial. Why is only wearing a tank preferable?
