BTC offering dedicated contact centre, e-commerce services to SME clients

Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) announced a series of new initiatives to help small business customers ride out the pandemic and continue with their digital transformation. BTC said it has adapted its operations to respond to the growing demands of local SMEs, which now account for more than 85 percent of the company's business clientele. Initiatives include tailored packages and an exclusive contact centre to provide dedicated local support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
