Sup brahs.
I've seen a chitload of shoulder injuries that involve brahs basically having a path thats a little too forward or backward, in shoulder press with dbs, and it ends in snapcity
What do yall think about this? Tilting your head upwards so you can see the path and make sure its only going straight up?

Looking up to see the path of your dumb bells during shoulder press?

Shoulders always a little forward for me, had an injury where one of my arms went back too far back.
Just use light weight until you get the form down.-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.
