Police ID woman killed in Port Huron crash

Corinne Meisner, 42, of Port Huron, was killed in a three-vehicle crash in Fort Gratiot Saturday.

Police have identified the woman who was killed in a three-vehicle crash in Port Huron Saturday. 

Shortly before 11:30 p.m., Corinne Meisner, 42, of Port Huron, was driving southbound on Pine Grove Avenue in front of Northgate Ford when her vehicle hit a northbound vehicle head-on, according to the sheriff department. 

St. Clair County Sheriff Sgt. John Maxey said the northbound vehicle was then rear-ended by a third vehicle.

She was declared dead at the scene. 

Several other patients were treated at the scene and transported to McLaren Port Huron Hospital, Maxey has said. 

Pine Grove Avenue remained closed for several hours after the crash.

Port Huron police and fire departments, Tri-Hospital EMS and Marysville Fire Department assisted the sheriff department at the scene.
