    Need advice

Im a 20 year old guy trying to get my lifts up, right now my main lifts are
    Bench 175×3
    Ohp 120×3
    Squat 315×3
    Deadlift 365×3
I'm about 175 right now and around 23% bf right now and eating around 2100 cals daily. I have been cutting since gyms opened a couple months ago and would like to get to around 165 lbs. I have stalled on my Bench and OHP, I wanna avoid gaining any more fat on me but idk what to do about my bench and ohp. I know my bench and ohp are pretty weak and can get better but even with 5 and 2.5 lbs jumps, they are stalling. I'm running ivysaur 448 with some slight changes.
    Any advice?

Focusing on increasing lifts while cutting maybe isn't the best approach. Also the program you picked is a bit of a grind on a cut.

Watch the 30 second video and decide what road you want to follow. I followed the former, not the latter.

I feel I'm starting to come to the same conclusion but I just dont want to get fat again at the very least and I dont know if i should do a different program then, ivysaur 448 is heavy on pushing and even on that I suck

Maybe don't worry as much about progress while you're cutting. Either way you should prob pick something else while on a cut - and don't pick StrongLifts, it'll be the same issue.

If your goal is to increase lifts, maintenance would be better than cutting in general. But I wouldn't do another high volume, powerlifting style program - but it's your workout so do something you'd enjoy.

What program would you recommend for someone who is weak at the pushing movements?
