Superstar Salman Khan has come forward to extend helping hand to COVID-19 frontline workers by distributing food packets. Before sending the items out, he also stepped into the kitchen to taste the food for quality check. A viral video of the actor tasting the prepared food and checking the packages is going viral on the internet.Yuva Sena leader Rahul Kanal has been coordinating with Salman Khan in this initiative and had expressed concern for the police officers, BMC staff and health workers on duty, as most shops are shut and the grocery stores are also functioning in the stipulated four-hour window. The food packages that include tea, mineral water, a pack of biscuits, and snacks (upma,poha, vada pav or pav bhaji) are being distributed to the COVID-19 workers. Watch the video for more details.
