Priya informs about non-applicability of large corporate entity

With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 and pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/59/2019-20 dated 3rd March, 2020 read with LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11, 2019 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, Priya has declared and confirmed that the company is not falling under Large Corporate category as on 31st March, 2021, as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid circular and therefore compliance under aforesaid circular is not applicable to the Company.
