Axtel revenues fall to MXN 2.8 bln in Q1, sale on hold

Monday 26 April 2021 | 11:31 CET | News
Mexican operator and ICT services provider Axtel reported revenues of MXN 2.8 billion in the first quarter of 2021, down from MXN 3.1 billion a year earlier, due above all to a 15 percent decline in  the services unit that was partially offset by a 2 percent rise in the infrastructure unit. On a currency neutral basis and adjusting for the one-time gain associated with a data centre sale a year earlier, first quarter EBITDA was down 4 percent year on year.
