One important situation among them is seen in nellore district, atmakur mandal, cherloedapalli village. In the village secretariat of that village, all the belongings are thrown out and the secretariat was locked. 

The people of that village noticed that the secretariat employees are not attending their duties since a week and they took it to the notice of the Sarpanch of the village. They all reached the secretariat and found no one in the office. So they have thrown the office things and locked the office. When the staff reached there, they observed that there were no signatures of the employees since a week. It is understood that they are using the corona situation for their dominance over the secretariat. It is the responsibility of authorities to analyse whether the situation is for good or bad.
