can anyone remember this video that was on the misc a few years ago (reps) (srs)

it looks like to a fair/outdoor show and there are these weird as **** inflatable figures that look like pussys and something pops out from it, and loads of inflatable cawks all around it squirting stuff out the top, and there's this person commentating over the top. there are kids running around and parents watching etc. it was called something like a 'special birthing' or something.
edit : i've also remembered there's a main person that is dressed as some kind of creature (i think like a centaur or something if i remember right) that fronts the show
