It's basically a strong vasodilator so I would have thought its a good thing to supp preworkout to increase bloodflow to the muscles?
I bought some and the effects are immediate. Flushing of the face and hands and a hot, tingly feeling. I swear I used to feel the same thing way back when I took Jack3d lol.
Anyone use it? its very cheap too

If you want other people to think you’re a lobster I say go for it.
Niacin is like eating an edible. You’re gonna think you’re gonna die but you’re not in any trouble. It’s a vasodilator that forces blood to your skin. That explains the itching too.
If you take too much you’ll turn red and feel like you just spent 10 hours at the beach without sunscreen.
