    Long term creatine users?

Do you regret doing it or nah?

Seriously weighing it up this past year. Pros would be the aesthetic + potential career benefits as well as being able to train multiple times daily into my 30s,40s.50s (to accommodate lifting + bjj/muay thai)

Right circumstances would have to include living in a country where it's legal and accessible, bloods monitored by a professional, dissatisfied with natty gains after another 2-3 years of pretty strict training.

Starting to believe that low-moderate dosages may be not so detrimental for long term health provided you monitor bloods regularly and don't take ridiculous doses.
