Samsung releases April 2021 security patch for Galaxy A8 (2018)
Samsung has started rolling out the latest April 2021 Android security patch for the Galaxy A8 (2018) model.
According to Samsung's bulletin, the April security patch includes 21 fixes from Samsung and 30 fixes from Google.
The update is currently seeding in multiple Asian and South African countries including the Philippines, Malaysia, Brazil, South Korea, Thailand, and Russia.

The new firmware for the Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) carries version number A530FXXSICUxy (value of the variables 'x' and 'y' change according to region) and A530NKSU8CUC2 in South Korea. To manually check for the update, you can go to Settings >Software update.
