Registration for COVID-19 vaccination for all above 18 to commence from 28 April
Registration for Covid-19 vaccination to begin from the 28th of April, 2021. Well, the government has, on 19th April, already declared a liberalized and accelerated policy in order to boost up the vaccination drive.

As the central government, on the 19th of April, announced the liberalization of Covid-19 vaccination, i.e., brushing aside the age restriction and making above 18 eligible for the vaccination.
Well, the vaccination drive for those who are above 18 is to be started from the 1st of May, 2021. Additionally, the registration for the same is going to commence from the 28th of April, 2021.
As per the reports of the union health ministry, the registration for the third phase of the Covid vaccination could be done at cowin.gov.in.
The ministry also tweeted a poster, in order to encourage more and more people to get vaccinated, saying “I’m 18+…ready for vaccination. Registration opens on April 28. Vaccination starts from 1st May.”

Furthermore, the health ministry, on Saturday, has also issued a statement regarding the vaccination drive in the country. 13,83,79,832 doses of Covid-19 vaccination have been administered since the commencement of the vaccination drive on the 16th of January, 2021.
