Yeah it's sweet, but the tartness balances it out a bit. The beer below was my other choice, and I'll probably snag it the next time.

Never tried Founders but I've had most of the popular Belgian Ales (actual Belgian ones) you can find

I usually like them to start drinking because they're a bit sweet and syrupy, then I switch to something with more hops when I start getting drunk


Delirium Tremens is probably my favorite because it's not as sweet and has a nice high ABV

I always see Delirium Tremens in stores but I've been sleeping on it for a while, maybe I'll pick it up sometime.

Founders makes some pretty good stouts, but if you don't like your ales too sweet try their Dirty Bastard.

Founders does great beer.

They're all not winners, though.

I prefer drinking most beer semi warm unless it's just a cheap commercial beer with almost no flavor

It definitely brings out the flavor
