Backed by artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, the platform enables small and large stores to be digitally empowered and optimize their store operations.
“We started our operations in Hyderabad in 2017 and since then we have been able to take on board 700 stores on our platform. However, with the support of our partners such as banks and other institutions, we are looking at major expansion in this region and we are also targeting large retailers and small stores. The pandemic has also been a blessing in disguise for us, as we are seeing large-scale adoption of digital solutions among our neighborhood stores, ” said Prem Kumar, CEO and founder of SnapBizz.
For the pan-Indian operations, the company wants to reach 3.50 000 small stores in the next two years and one large store from its current 15 000 small and 10,000 large stores. In addition to banks, FMCG brands, e-commerce players, wholesalers / distributors and fineserve players can connect with SnapBizz to promote their brand name among these stores and / or offer financial products.
“During the Covid-19 We were able to introduce three new solutions – SnapSupply where brands and distributors can list their stocks online through a mobile app, SnapPulse, which is an analytics solution for the store to track their performance and SnapTek which speeds up the migration of technology. We have also introduced our small-scale consumer app in which the store can list their products and send them as an SMS to their customers. In turn, customers can download the app or open the link to access the product catalog and place orders. , ”Kumar said.
