Hi, I'm 30 y/o ectomorph, training for 6 months, 178cm/72kg at the moment.
Currently taking 30g Whey Protein after workout and 30g before sleep + 5g Creatine Monohydrate after workout + scoop of HotBlood NO before workout.
I'm aiming to get to 78kg of muscle by the end of this year.
My diet is very protein rich, but I wanted to add up some more supplementation, because why not
I was thinking of BCAA or Glutamine? Or maybe both? How should I combine it with the rest of my supplementation, when is it best to take BCAA/Glutamine, before or after workout? Any other times during the day?

Just 5g creatine. No glutamine or BCAAs. You're consuming more than enough typically if you have an adequate protein intake.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

You aren't an ectomorph, you are an under eater.
Don't spend any money on bcaa.
Don't spend any money on glutamine.
Track your daily nutrition somewhere free such as www.myfitnesspal.com
If you aren't gaining weight, when you want to gain weight, you aren't consuming enough calories each day. So, consume more calories.
