PAPD looking for three men in connection to robberies

Port Arthur Police are searching for three suspects in connection with two robberies Wednesday, according to a Port Arthur Police news release.

The first incident occurred just after 11 p.m. at the Port Arthur Park Apartments. A victim told police he was approached by three armed men with guns. They demanded money, the victim complied and was not injured, police said.

Fewer than five minutes later, police received another report of a robbery on the 1600 block of Lakeview — a few blocks away from the first. The victim in this robbery said he was held at gunpoint by three men, who matched the description as those in the first robbery.

No one was injured in either robbery, and the three men fled the scene on foot.
