It’s Gigi Hadid‘s 26th birthday and her boyfriend Zayn Malik gave her a very special present to celebrate the day.

The model and new mom took to her Instagram Stories on Friday afternoon (April 23) to share a photo of the gorgeous bouquet of flowers that Zayn presented her.
