Sub:  Final Order Under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of A2 Financial Services

SEBI vide its order no. WTM/ AB /WRO/ILO/2 /2020-21 dated April 22, 2021 has inter-alia directed the Noticees are also restrained from associating with any company whose securities are listed on a recognized stock exchange and any company which intends to raise money from the public, or any intermediary registered with SEBI in any capacity for a period of 2(two) years from the date of this order or till the expiry of 2 (two) years from the date of completion of refunds to investors/ complainants as directed in paragraph 15 (a) as mentioned in the order, whichever is later.

This Order is effective from the date of the order.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
