NEW YORK – AKA, a leader in global luxury hotel residences, has launched a club exclusive to its New York City residences. Designed to cater to the growing number of travelers opting to stay longer in one place, Access AKA gives residents who book a stay of one month or longer at AKA Times Square, AKA Central Park or AKA Sutton Place the ability to utilize and enjoy the 16 high-end amenity spaces at any of the three properties for the first time. All three locations are in close proximity to each other, providing convenience to residents looking to participate in the club.

The launch coincides with AKA Times Square’s newly renovated rooftop terrace which has impeccable skyline views and seated areas including outdoor sofas for lounging, and chairs and round tables perfect for al fresco dining. The space will also boast outdoor working stations, which will have high-speed internet and laptop sunshades upon request.

Residents staying 30 days or more simply reserve any of the amenity spaces listed below via the Resident Services Team available 24/7 at their property’s front desk or through the ALICE app.

“With multiple properties in one city, we have the ability to open all amenities to all residents – it’s like visiting family,” said Larry Korman, President of AKA. “Residents can enjoy a morning swim at AKA Sutton Place, then work outside at AKA Times Square’s rooftop and finish the day with a private screening at AKA Central Park’s a.cinema.”

Following the NYC launch, AKA has plans to expand Access AKA across the entire portfolio and with new properties in the future.
