The news of veteran actress and talk show host Tabassum's unfortunate demise after testing positive for COVID-19 had sent the social media into frenzy. However, Tabassum tweeted this morning that she is absolutely fine and rubbished the reports saying she is healthy and with her family. "Aapki shubhkamnaon ki wajah se main bilkul theek hoon,tandurust hoon aur apne parivaar ke saath hoon. Ye jo rumour phail rahi hai mere baare mein woh bilkul ghalat hai, aur main yeh dua karti hoon ke aap sab bhi apne ghar mein safe rahein (Thanks to your well-wishes, I am absolutely fine, healthy and with my family. This rumour that is going around is absolutely wrong. I pray that all of you are safe at your homes)," Tabassum tweeted. Earlier this month, Tabassum was tested positive for COVID-19. Last week, she recovered and was tested negative for the virus on April 14. Before testing positive for the virus, Tabassum was shooting for her digital show Tabassum Talkies from her home till March end. Also Read -
Her son and filmmaker Hoshang Govil had confirmed that his mother has tested negative for coronavirus. "With the love and blessings of her fans, Tabassum Govil has tested negative and returned home.
