Going to travel this summer and im fat a hell! Ive been exercising alot lately - running, boxing, and weights, but i still have a considerable amount of fat on me. Been eating like crap because of this stupid pandemic and politics. Right now I weigh 205 and a health weight for me normally is 180ish. I can do 15-20 pullups, run 3 miles, its just hard for my body to go into fat loss mode..should I do keto or only eat 1 meal per day?
